About the constitution of the State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

The second constitution

of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

In the name of the creator and for the good of all creations and all mankind.

Humbly and with joy accepting the will and idea of the one, unitary and only creator, the creator of all worlds and creations;

Knowing about the long path of the spiritual ascent by which sons of the creator and daughters of the creator, created after the image and the likeness of the creator, after the breaking of the united soul, go;

Understanding that love, mutual help and mutual spiritual responsibility bring prosperity and well-being for any community, spiritual correction of the unified soul and are fully aligned with the intent of the creator;

Respecting the will, ways, high and the highest efforts of our great forepapas, great foremamas, prophets, disciples of the sage and each part of the united soul embodied in a man or a woman who took a bearable load in the creator’s intent of the general correction of the unified soul;

Remembering the achievements of our great forepapas and great foremamas in braving high stages on the spiritual ladder of the comprehension of love and kindness; tragic periods in history, during which temples of the soul were ruined; treasures of the mankind in the form of true achievements in the statement of will and voluntary union of men and women in families, people, small and big unions and groups; about achieved miraculous agreements which were aimed at the just, caring and grateful harnessing of natural and other recourses granted by the creator to all men and women, families and the people;

Taking into consideration that world’s achievement of the harmony and happiness ordained by the creator to his creations, all men and women, sons  of the creator and daughters of the creator, is possible only in harmonious unity in love and mutual spiritual responsibility at all levels of the world;

Being aware that the root of the unified soul is the cornerstone of any voluntary and good community of men and women, families and people and based on the following principles:

• sages who devoted their lives to the labour for the creator for the sake of the creations united by the common goal of serving the people – are divine directing power, which deserves and is capable of directing the development of the people;
• customs and traditions of the people, expressed in the general life of the people, as well as in the traditions, customs and habits accepted in the families, are the base of the life of the people and cannot be broken, limited or distorted by any outside forces or authority;
• only traditions of the family councils and other traditions, customs and habits of a family define authority, order and life in families;
• Zhar or Zharista are chosen in accordance with the traditions, customs and habits of a family and are true sovereigns who express the will of the family;
• only the will of the men and women, of the families, of the people expressed in the intentions, voice, utterances and word is the source of authority in the state;
• voluntary, self-determined, self-conscious, self-directed and self-controlled life of the families and the people in accordance with their faith, traditions, customs and habits is expressed in the manifestation of the state and its constitution;

  Also stating that:

  the state is known as the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and can be also referred to or called by the equivalent names as the State of the Sovereign Order of the Good Path, the State of the Good Path, the Holy Order of the Good Path, the Great Order of the Good Path, the Order of the Good Path or the Sovereign Order of the Good Path, or shortly: О. :Д. :П.; Добрый Путь; Добрий Шлях; State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, The Great Holy Order of the Good Path, The Sovereign Order of the Good Path, Good Path and

being aware, that

the aim of the sons of the creator and the daughters of the creator, families, good people and of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is to bring light, wisdom and love of the great creator to all creations in the name of the realisation of his highest and holy intent to bring love and delight to all creations. The unity of the united soul of all creations, revelation of his love to all from small to great, convergence of all creations with the absolute source of life, love and goodness is the greatest and holy aim of all following the path of goodness and this is the highest aim of the State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path;

by the grace and wisdom of the one, the sole and the only, the source of life having created all worlds and creations, having created man and having appointed man to be the zhar above all; sons of the creator and daughters of the creator, families, the good people and the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path see as their grand mission that all creations have fathomed the intent of the creator; and

taking into consideration that, 

the good people and the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path carry out their mission by following His intent in this world and in the spiritual worlds; and that

the sages of the Temple of the Holy Assembly bring the divine and blessed light of the correction to all creations, mankind, for the true realisation by all creations of the creator’s greatest intent and to love thy friend as thyself;

and

in strict accordance with the covenants of the Temple of the Holy Assembly, that sons of the creators and daughters of the creator, who found the faith in the one, the sole and the only creator in their hearts; who found direct guidance of the creator by the grace of the one, the sole and the only creator; in the intent of the benevolent giving and love; who are ready to wholeheartedly embrace the spirit of the good people and be in the spiritual responsibility for one another with all of the good people can join the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

In the fifteenth day of the month adar in the third year from the day of the First Sobor of the Temple of the Holy Assembly, under the dome of sky on the soil under the care of the good people in Glasgard in the High Stolniy Dvor in the House of Sages;

by the creator’s will of the Temple of the Holy Assembly expressing the blessing and the holy trust in the High Spiritual Council of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path;

by the will of men and women, families, the good people who unanimously expressed their will during the all-people veche in accordance with the ancient traditions, customs and habits;

in the name of our great forepapas and great foremamas, by the grace and kindness of her majesty leah I of the Seat of the family of Visokiy Stolniy Dvor under the dome of sky in Glasgard on the soil under the care of the good people, buy the highest will the guarantees of the great foremamas and great forepapas the Great Charter are granted to the good people in the liberties, immunities, inheritance, resources, cares and all the rest that can be favourable and accepted by the will of men and women, families and the good people;

by the unanimous support and assent of the sages of the Highest Spiritual Council of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path under the dome of sky on the soil under the care of the good people, in Glasgard in the House of Sages;

the third amendment to the second constitution of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is accepted.

   Article 1. The State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is a voluntary spiritual community of the good people, sons of the creator and daughters of the creator, men and women, families.

Article 1.1. Men and women created by the will, form and likeness of the creator, with the awoken awareness, spirit, soul, mind, will, who took upon themselves the intent of the creator, aiming to fathom and converge with the traits of love and benevolent giving, ready to be in the mutual spiritual responsibility with their people are the sons of the creator and the daughters of the creator.

Article 1.2. The sons of the creator and the daughters of the creator, united by the unified aim of the spiritual unity and love for the benefit of all creations and having given the pledge of the mutual spiritual responsibility, are the good people.

Article 1.3. The will of the people is the highest expression of the divine intent on land, in this and the higher spiritual worlds.

Article 2. The sons of the creator and the daughters of the creator and their families, who are ready to join the principles, beliefs, traditions, the lifestyle of the good people and also this constitution, may voluntarily join and become members of the Sovereign State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 2.1. The sons of the creator and the daughters of the creator expressing their will to join the good people and become the members of the state of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path conclude a spiritual alliance and give the pledge of the mutual spiritual responsibility before the good people, before the Temple of the Holy Assembly and before the creator.

Article 2.2. From the moment of concluding a spiritual alliance and giving the pledge of mutual spiritual responsibility before the creator and good people, the sons of the creator and the daughters of the creator, families, gain the trust of the good people, maturity and become members of the Sovereign State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 2.3. From the moment of concluding spiritual alliance and taking a pledge of the mutual spiritual responsibility before the good people, before the Sovereign State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path, before the Temple of the Holy Assembly and before the creator, the sons of the creator and the daughters of the creator, the members of the Sovereign State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path in the name of the creator are liberated and no longer bonded by any oaths, liberated from all debts, promises, obligations and their consequences towards anyone or anything. The sons of the creator and the daughters of the creator are obliged only by the spiritual union with the creator and the mutual spiritual responsibility with the good people and depend only on their will. The only acting holy commitment is the adherence to the spiritual union and the oath of mutual spiritual responsibility given before the good people and the countenance of the creator. 

Article 2.4. The main principle of the community life of the men and women aiming to become a member of the Sovereign State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path is ‘do not do to others what you hate for yourself’.

Article 2.5. The main principle of the community life of the sons of the creator and the daughters of the creator, members of the Sovereign State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path, is ‘love thy friend as thyself’.

Article 2.6. The authority of the Sovereign State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path is willingly taken by all members of the Sovereign State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path in all reality of this world under the dome of sky, regardless of whether it is the place of their living, care or staying. 

Article 2.7. The authority of the Sovereign State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path may be willingly embraced by any men and women who step under the care of the Sovereign State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path. 

Article 2.8. Labourers of the State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path can be any man or woman who selflessly, without payment or with conditions of a reward of any kind, help and facilitate the realisation of the mission of the State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 2.9. Benefactors of the State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path can be any humans from any nation, who selflessly support the realisation of the mission of the Sovereign State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path with money, resources, time or other efforts.

Article 3. The form of governance of the Sovereign State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path is popularly elected theocratic monarchy by people via the highest and direct rule of His Kindness or Her Kindness the Head of the High Holy Council of the State of the Great Holy Order, the Head of the State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 3.1. The High Holy Council of the Sages of the state of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path conducts its care of the good people and the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path being on the soil under the dome of sky in Glasgard in the House of the Sages. 

Article 3.2. His Kindness or Her Kindness the Head of the High Holy Council of Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, the Head of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is established and confirmed by unanimous will of the members of the High Holy Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path or by unanimous will of the good people uttered at the sobor of the Temple of the Holy Assembly.

Article 3.3. Their Sagacity the sages of the High Holy Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path are established by the will of the head of the High Holy Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path or by unanimous will of the good people uttered during the sobor of the Temple of the Holy Assembly.

Article 3.4.The Head of the High Holy Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, the Head of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, sages of the High Holy Council of Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path are established and confirmed for all times.

Article 3.5. When addressing the Head of the High Holy Council of Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path it is necessary to use a title “His Kindness” or “Her Kindness” at the beginning of the address.

Article 3.6. When addressing the members of the High Holy Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, it is necessary to use the title “Your Sagacity” at the beginning of the address.

Article 3.7. The highest written symbols of the will of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path are:

– utterances of the Temple of the Holy Assembly, scribed by the herald of the Temple of the Holy Assembly;

– utterances of His Kindness or Her Kindness, the head of the High Holy Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, scribed by the herald of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path;

– decisions, messages, scrolls and letters of the High Holy Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, scribed by the herald of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path;

– pacts and other written symbols of an agreement between the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path or any other house of Sages with leaders of peoples and others.

Article 3.8. Highest written symbols of the will of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path have an absolute priority above any other kinds of documents and instruments, whenever and wherever made and whoever signed by.

Article 3.9. All written symbols of the will of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and the good people can be understood and have true meaning and sense only in the strict accordance with the will and intention of the Hight Holy Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path. Any other understanding or meaning of the written symbols of the will of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and the good people is false and non-existent.

Article 4. The source of authority in the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is the will of the good people.

Article 4.1. The highest authority in the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path has His Kindness or Her Kindness the Head of the High Holy Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 4.2. The highest organ of power having full power of the administrative authority in the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is the High Holy Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path. The High Holy Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path can consist of no less than 2 (two), but not more than 10 (ten) sages – sons of the creator and daughters of the creator.

Article 4.3. The power of making decisions in the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path lies in the hands of the Councils of the Sages. The Highest Council of the Sages is the High Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path. All members of the Councils of the Sages join them upon the open expression of the will of the members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path. For a decision to be made, a united opinion of 9/10 (nine-tenth) of all who are taking part in the decision-making process is necessary. 

Article 4.4. The Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is the spiritual government of the good people. 

Article 4.5. The Head of the High Holy Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is the head of the spiritual government of the good people. 

Article 5. The order, conditions, time and day of conducting the will expression of the sons of the creator and daughters of the creator, families of the good people, with the aim of establishing united will of the good people is defined solely by the High Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 6. High Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path can approve as well as assent, propose, withdraw, make changes, amends, stipulations, commentaries in the written symbols between the High Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path or any other House of the Sages with the leaders of the peoples or others.

Article 7. All utterances, decisions and messages of the High Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path become reality through actions and wisdom of the House of the Sages. 

Article 8. Under the dome of sky, on the soils under the care of the good people for solving difficult or controversial questions, which harmed or can harm the good people or the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path or members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path the High House of Justice is called upon.

Article 8.1. The Hight House of Justice is the only court in this world under the dome of sky, which has the trust of the good people and members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and which can be willingly accepted by men and women, people, human for a just process on any question in which members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path are involved.

Article 8.2. Aliens – men or women who came, meaning stepped on the soil under the care of the good people, can willingly accept the judicial authority of the High House of Justice.

Article 8.3. Foreigners – physical persons and persons who arrived and stepped on the soil under the care of the good people with aliens from the countries overseas; on the sea platforms; vessels; ships; continental shelfs can receive the approval of the Gates of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path for staying and conducting acts on the soils under the care of the good people.

Article 8.4. The Highest House of Justice is headed by the Sage of Justice with the title of the Head of the State Court of the Highest House of Justice.

Article 8.5. For making court decisions on the difficult and controversial questions in Glasgard that caused or might cause harm for the good people or the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path or members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path the Head of the State Court of the Highest House of Justice is called upon.

Article 8.6. For making court decisions on the difficult and controversial questions in Glasgrad that caused or might cause harm the good people or the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path or members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, the State Justice of the Highest House of Justice is called upon.

Article 8.7. The Highest House of Justice always guards and defends the divine justice, truth and the well-being of the good people, sons of the creator and daughters of the creator.

Article 8.8. For memorial purposes, the Highest House of Justice establishes a memorable scroll about a boy being born by the will of a mama or papa. The existence or absence of the memorable scroll about a boy being born is not a condition for any limitations or privileges of the born boy or his mama, or his papa. 

Article 8.9. For memorial purposes, the Highest House of Justice establishes a memorable scroll about a girl being born by the will of a mama or papa. The existence or absence of the memorable scroll about a girl being born is not a condition for any limitations or privileges of the born girl or her mama or her papa. 

Article 8.10. Act in the governance of the  State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path can only be the sons of the creator or the daughters of the creator, members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 8.11. The members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path can wilfully establish PASSLAND of a man or a woman. To act for the benefit of the keeper and the good people as a symbol of the trust of the good people.

Article 9. Before the face of the creator and his good people nobody, neither a man, nor a woman, nor a human, nor organisation, nor an essence, being, substance have no right to devise inflicting harm directly or through intermediaries to cause or inflict harm to the bodies, health, spirit, mind and the wellbeing of the sons of the creator and the daughters of the creator, men or women or children or the families of the good people. Everyone has to solemnly honour this forbidding.

Article 10. His Kindness the Head of the Highest Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and their sageness the sages of the Highest Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and the heads of the Sages Houses, have absolute immunity.

The absolute immunity is blessed by the Temple of the Holy Assembly, is given and established by the will of the good people for the benefit of all mankind and for the realisation of the creator’s intent.

Article 11. In the state of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, any kind of physical punishment of the sons of the creator and the daughters of the creator, members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, is forbidden.

Article 11.1. All decisions of the Highest House of the Justice with regard the members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and others define the most suitable form of correction, teaching and upbringing.

Article 11.2. The main method of settlement of the disputes among the sons of the creator and daughters of the creator, members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, is a friendly conversation. 

Article 11.3. The main method of the settlement of the disputes among the sons of the creator and daughters of the creator, members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, which concerns the well-being of the families, houses or dvors is a friendly conversation between the heads of the families or elders of the families.

Article 11.4. The Highest House of Justice conducts a hearing and decides disputable questions that have not found their settlement through other means.
Article 11.5. The Highest House of Justice conducts a hearing and makes a decision upon disputable questions upon request from sons of the creator and daughters of the creator, members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, heads of the families, houses, dvors or elders. 

Article 12. All decisions of the Highest House of Justice are final and are not subject to revision or appeal and are compulsory for every son of the creator or daughter of the creator, members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 12.1. The Highest House of Justice cannot judge and make decisions towards the members of the Highest Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 12.2. The absence of the sincere effort from men or women who have willingly accepted the justice authority of the Highest House of Justice, members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path in implementation of the decisions of the Highest House of Justice revokes such man or a woman of the trust of the good people, privileges of the members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and opportunity to take part in any people’s veches and liberties of the good people.

Article 12.3. Conscious or cynical refusal of a man or a woman, member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path who have willingly accepted the justice authority of the Highest House of Justice from the implementation of the decision of the Highest House of Justice can be a ground to revoke the trust of the good people, exclude from members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and exiles such man or a woman.

Article 12.4. A commitment of the unforgivable wrongdoing or the breaking of the solemn oath will require the correction of all consequences up to the moment of the reinstatement of the balance and justice. 

Article 12.5. Breaking the will of the good people on the soil under the dome of the sky voiced in the name of the good people, is an unforgivable wrongdoing. 

Article 13. The good people the stardom of the priests of the Temple of the Holy Assembly, have taken under their care all the soil with everything that fills her from the creator to fully devote it to the creator.

Article 13.1. The families of the self-determined peoples with liberty who live on the soil and care about this soil and land, including everything that fills her are blessed by the good people to care about this land and everyone living on her, under her and above it.

Article 14. Blessed and all-mighty creator who created man in the form and likeness to Himself, gave soul, spirit, consciousness, will to the sons of the creator and daughters of the creator, gifted to His sons and daughters inanimate, vegetable and animal nature, water, air, soils under the dome of the sky and all resources for the care and fair use for the well-being of all His creations and His idea. 

Article 15.  By the name of the creator and the will of the good people soil under the dome of the sky that is under the care of families of the good people is sacred.

Article 15.1. A family of men and women of several generations that has formed a house, can take care of the soil by the whole house.

Article 15.2. Families who have united houses into dvors can take care of the soil by the whole dvor.

Article 15.3. The soil under conscientious care of the family, house or dvor on which what is needed for the life of this family, house or dvor grows, lives, stays: plants grow, animals live, chambers, houses and buildings stay – is inviolable shrine of this family, house or dvor. In the care of this family or to make it an obvious sign to those who are capable or to other families that this soil is under the care of the family, house or dvor, the good people place corner stones.

Article 15.4. The cornerstones act from stone to stone to the vast road or from the stone to the shore of the natural body of water.

Article 15.5. Any soil under the dome of the sky can be forever taken under conscientious care of the family, house or dvor of the good people. To take soil under the care of the family, house or dvor, 3 (three) conditions shall be met:

• A decision to take soils under care shall be made by the tzar, tzaritza, council or elders if the family, house or dvor;
• That for at least 1 (one) year after the cornerstones or warning signs were placed, there were no protests from the other families, houses, dvors or peoples who already took conscientious care of the soil and continue to take care of it;
• That after 1 (one) year has passed, the decision to take soil under the care shall be blessed by the people’s veche or by the High Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 15.6. The use of soil is possible for the construction of buildings, infrastructure, mining of soil wealth, cultivation of plants, breeding of insects, fish, birds and animals,  farming, recreation, care of nature and other goals bringing well-being to the good people and all mankind.

Article 16. For the soil and nature to be taken under care of the family, house or dvor, it is an immutable pledge to care for the soil and the nature for the well-being of the friends, men and women, families, people and mankind has to be given.

Article 16.1. An immutable pledge to care for the land and nature shall be voiced in front of the people by anyone who takes it upon themselves to conduct such care.

Article 16.2. Breaking off or the absence of the immutable pledge to care for the soil and nature revokes the trust of the good people and any possibility to take any soil or nature under care, place corner stones, use and direct the wealth of the soil and nature. 

Article 16.3. The usage, direction and extraction of the wealth of soil and nature without taking an immutable pledge to care for the land and nature voiced in front of the people is unconscientious and means that the land is captured. Such actions are a heavy and inexcusable crime in the face of the creator, nature, land, the people and mankind. Captured soil and nature are under the temporary care of the House of the Sages until the moment when they can be transferred into conscientious care.

Article 17. Members of the High Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and each Sage of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path fulfil the mission of the good people blessed by the creator. 

Article 17.1. An honour for every son of the creator or daughter of the creator, man or woman, for any man and the duty of all those who received blessed gift from the creator and the nature such as home, wealth, place and opportunity to live or be under the dome of the sky, to provide to the Members of the High Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and general post-master of the post of the good people liberal movement on all the soil under the dome of the sky, on land, on sea and air as well as if needed, to provide life support, home, liberal movement through all imaginary or any other borders, protection of life and immunity of health, bodies, houses, things, cars, vessels and to contribute to the fulfilment of their mission as much as possible.

Article 17.2. The car under the coat of arms of the Temple of the Holy Assembly that drives on land, road, roadway or during its stay, as well as the land under the car and 3 steps around it is the temple land of the Temple of the Holy Assembly.

Article 17.3. The car under the coat of arms of the Temple of the Holy Assembly is at liberty to move on all the land, roads and roadways unhindered, and it is a duty of all whom it may concern to ensure secure and unhindered passing.

Article 18. Members of the High Spiritual Council of Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path accept the symbol of the spiritual power – the order of a member of the High Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path on a red sash.

Article 19. For a trusted swap of scrolls, messages, letters, written decisions, documents, parcels, parcel posts, weights, etc. between men and women; leaders of the peoples; the members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path or other people, the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path establishes peoples’ post of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path or the Post of the Good People. The Post of the Good People is briefly named F.D.N.

Article 20. Swap and consignment of messages, scrolls, letters, banderoles, parcels and freight, etc. under the dome of the sky on the soils under the care of good people is done in concurrence with traditions and orders set by the general postmaster of the Good People’s Mail.

Article 20.1 High Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path chooses and affirms the general postmaster of the Good People’s Mail.

General postmaster of the Good People’s Mail is vested in the highest trust by the good people.

Article 20.2. Good People’s Mail can issue stamps and other philatelic produce. 

Article 21. Contacts of good people with other voluntary self-determined peoples are built on the grounds of covenants of the creator, rules of mutual honour and peaceful

co-living on the soil under the dome of the sky in the spirit of camaraderie.

Article 21.1. The State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path sets its aim to manifest the whole world into the state of good and love. The State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, the sons of the creator and daughters of the creator, members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path do not join any alliances not directed to the manifestation of creator’s intent, always keep neutrality and do not take part in any kind of conflicts.

Article 21.2. To bring kind and productive mutual understanding and cooperation with voluntary self-determined peoples, the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is at liberty to receive and send people’s and spiritual missions.

Article 21.3.  The sons of the creator and daughters of the creator, members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, wherever they are do not take part in armed conflicts, wars, do not serve in the armed forces, including alternative or other kinds of service in regular armies, rear services or private military companies. 

Any claim, offer, coercion or duress from the side of any kind of military or alternative military service, carrying of arms or participation in military actions, directed to the sons of the creator or daughters of the creator, members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path violates the will of good people, dishonours all who is connected to such a deed, covers them in sin, shame of dishonour, strips divine protection, luck and is void from the beginning.

Article 21.4. Protection of faith, life, well-being, health, will, traditions and customs of the sons of the creator and daughters of the creator, men and women, good people and their families, is done by the House of Safety of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path. The House of the Safety of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path can make agreements that bring safety with any powers and powerful alliances if needed.

House of Safety is at liberty to call upon mages, sorcerers, volkhvs, representatives of other kinds of consciousness, civilisations, as well as essences, powers and forces.

Article 21.5. All who following the agreement with the House of Safety of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path bring protection of faith, life, well-being, health, will, traditions and customs of the sons of the creator and daughters of the creator, men and women, good people and their families, for the time of such protection gain trust of good people and are allowed to place their stans of the soil under care of good people. The order of placing the stand, rights and obligations is set by the House of Safety of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 21.6. The House of Safety of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path can use any kind of means of protection, including the creation of absolute barriers of perception, the change of realities and the eradication from the worlds up to the third knee.

Article 22. Each family of the good people is at liberty to up-bring and enlighten their sons and daughters by themselves in the family house or dvor as well as in people’s groups for bringing them up in the spirit of their family values, customs and traditions.

Article 22.1. Each family of the good people takes it upon itself to not add the untrue self-identification, cultivation of violence, egoism, unnatural and untrue views of the world, neglect of good values, kindness, mutual help, unity of all souls and other values time-honoured in the good people and the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, in the enlightenment of boys and girls.

Article 22.2. Upbringing and enlightenment of boys and girls is ground upon the values of kindness, love, mutual understanding, comradely and a holistic view of the structure of the creator’s world.

Article 23. Household and economics of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path are based upon the rules of:

• An utter abundance of sources of wealth gifted by the creator to its creations;
• Fairness and a mutual spiritual responsibility pact.

Article 23.1. The soil under the dome of the sky was created by the creator and gifted to his sons and daughters, men and women, for fair and careful usage with gratitude. All natural wealth under the dome of the sky: soil, bowels of the earth, minerals, air, seas, rivers, animals, plants and other gifts of nature are granted by the creator to his sons and daughters, men and women, and are common wealth and shall be used with care and gratitude.

All natural wealth under the dome of the sky is intended for the peoples only in conformity with divine justice and grace, where all is granted to the peoples in an equal share based on necessary needs, and with awareness of the need for careful keeping of nature as intended by the creator.

Article 23.2. House of Treasures of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is called upon to care and coordinate the use, allotment and careful keeping of the natural wealth.

Article 23.3. Count of consumption, swap and allotment of natural wealth is done in units of account – masakh. The conformity of different measures of natural wealth to the quantified statement of the unit of account, masakh, is established by the House of Treasures of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 23.4. The Main rule of just allotment is the mutual spiritual responsibility pact, spiritual justice and the will of the people.

Article 23.5. Prime factor and main cause of allotment of needed natural wealth is the will of the sons of the creator and daughters of the creator, families, members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, on the grounds of true needs that can be stated in any form that is acceptable for careful reading and count.

Article 23.6. The State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path establishes the Sovereign status of the seaside Glasgard and grants Glasgard an exceptional status and powers: establish and create People’s Sovereign Fleet; conduct the trade, swap of services, safe-keep the goods as well as establish missions, embassies, sustain and lead cultural, business, official and non-official contacts with the peoples of the world.

Article 23.7. The State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path affirms and establishes the flag of the Sovereign seaside Gasgard and People’s Sovereign Fleet as horizontal stripes: yellow colour on the top, green colour in the centre and a blue stripe cut in the centre by the red stripe on the bottom.

Article 23.8. The State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path trusts the House of Treasures to establish and found the People’s State Mint of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path. 

Article 23.9. The House of Treasures of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path to count natural and other wealth, treasures; count and carry out mutual calculations during the swapping or dealing various valuables, goods and services establishes People’s State Mint of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path or short for N.S.M.D. 

Article 23.10. People’s State Mint of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path emits and makes units of account of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path – masakhs, as well as counts, swaps, sells, buys, sets the ration for swapping, keeps masakhs and other units of account and units of money and coins.

Article 23.11. A unit of the money account of People’s State Mint can be made as a coin made of silver or other noble metals.

Article 23.12. All who take and use for their good or the good of others the natural wealth of the soil under the dome of the sky: lands, bowels of the earth, minerals, air, seas, rivers, animals, plants and other gifts of nature, shall hand over the tithe from used up volumes or of received yield from dealing them, to the direction of the House of Treasures. 

Article 23.13. For the collection, counting and allotment of tithes, the House of Treasures is called upon. The accounting period in which the tithe can be handed over can be of any time, but not more than once per year. Tithe can be handed over in any form that is receivable for counting by the House of Treasures, all its further use for the good of good people and all mankind.

Article 23.14. All natural wealth and wealth received from the tithes, as well as gifts of the labourers, benefactors and well-doers, is used by the decision of the High Spiritual Council of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path for the good of the good people and all mankind.

Article 23.15. Every moment of the life of a man or the life of a woman is a gift from the creator and is intended for the spiritual awakening of men and women and the spiritual growth of the sons of the creator and daughters of the creator. 

Article 24. The sacred intent of all sons of the creator and all daughters of the creator members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is to care about the spiritual growth and material well-being of their loved ones, family, the people, mankind and themselves.   

Article 24.1. Each son of the creator or each daughter of the creator, man and woman, family of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, house or dvor give as many efforts for the good of the good people and all mankind as they deem feasible, needed and worthy.

Article 24.2. Several houses or dvors of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path can establish common Great Houses and United Dvors with a common intent for all members to live and labour together on conditions that they willingly take upon themselves as acceptable and fair for all members. 

Article 24.3. Main forms of labour of men and women are the labour of a man or the labour of a woman, family labour, dvor labour, people labour and common labour of the people.

Article 24.4. The labour is the creation and swap of the effects of the labour of men and women, families, dvors, peoples with their environment with the intent of creating a common well-being, balance, plenty and prosperity.
Article 24.5. Grounds for all authorities, pledges, mutual support pacts, commitments, agreements of each son of the creator or each daughter of the creator members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path are only the voice, word and speech.

Article 24.6. Any mutual obligations of the members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path can arise and take place only by mutually voicing the will. Regardless if the obligations arise directly between the members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path or between any community of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and a member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, obligations can rise only by the mutual voicing of the will between two members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path. 

Article 24.7. If mutual obligations arise between the community of the State of theSovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and the member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, then for mutual obligations to arise it is necessary for the will in the name of the community to be voiced by its member who is vested in trust from this community to voice such a will. After voicing the will of the community about mutual obligations to be raised through its trusted member, all in the community who granted the trust bear the obligations for the consequences that arise if the effect of such obligations.

Article 24.8. Mutual obligations can arise only willingly through the voiced will and pledge. The will about mutual obligations of the community of the State or a member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path shall be voiced clearly, obviously and unequivocally. After voicing the will about taking mutual obligations by each member receiving such agreement, the pledge about fulfilment and care is made.

Article 24.9. The pledge about fulfilment and care is a necessary and immutable pledge binding all mutual agreements between the members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, between the communities of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path or between a member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and a community of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

The pledge about fulfilment and care – is a pledge to conscientiously follow the agreement, follow and fulfil all obligations taken upon oneself until the ending of the agreement; it is a pledge that in the voiced conditions of the agreement there are not hidden or secret intents directed against one with whom the agreement is made; it is a pledge that regardless of the essence of the agreement each member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path or the community of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path who made it truly cares about the well-being of other members of the agreement.

Article 24.10. The pledge about fulfilment and care can be voiced or scribed in a written word or a symbol;
it can have its features or not have them;
regardless of anything, each agreement made means that the pledge of fulfilment and care was made by each member of the agreement. 

Article 24.11. If one member of an agreement voiced that the pledge about fulfilment and care was not made by him, then the other member of the agreement is liberated of all his obligations rising from such agreement. 

Article 24.12. Breaking of the pledge about fulfilment and care or finding hidden or secret intents directed against another one with whom the agreement is made or unconscientious following of the agreement fully liberates the other member from any obligations rising from such an agreement. At the same time, the member who made such a breach bears all obligations rising from the agreement until the ending of the agreement.

Article 24.13. The ending of the agreement is voicing of the will of all members of the agreement about the vanishing of all mutual obligations that have risen earlier from the agreement between the members of the agreement.

Voicing the will to end the agreement can be done only by a member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path who voiced the will about entering it or a member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path who is vested in his trust to do it.

The ending of the agreement means the full vanishing of all obligations and consequences for all members that have risen from the agreement and pledges of fulfilment and care.

Article 24.14. The agreement and the pledge of fulfilment and care and ending of the agreement count as taking force only in the presence of two other members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, one member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path connected to each member of the agreement.

Article 24.15. Incapable men or incapable women, unconscientious conciliators,  unconscientious guardians, not living elements, stones, animals and other creatures can not be members of the agreement from which any obligations might rise. Such agreements are null from the beginning.

Article 25. Each son of the creator and each daughter of the creator member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path willingly and on their own take it upon themselves the authority to trustworthily, carefully, rationally direct and use the natural and other resources in the volumes needed for the comfortable, secure and happy lives of themselves and their loved ones.

Article 26. The will of the son of the creator and the daughter of the creator is sacred and inviolable.

Article 26.1. The life of the son of the creator and the daughter of the creator, man and woman, is sacred and stands before anything else.

Article 27. The direction of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is set by the High Spiritual Council of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and the Houses of Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 28. Families, houses, dvors and spiritual groups of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path specify and establish the liberties and authorities of its members who joined them willingly on their own. 

Article 29. The will gifted by the creator to his sons and daughters can not be lessened or limited.

Article 30. Liberties, traditions, customs, commitments, rules and orders time-honored by the families, houses, dvors and spiritual groups of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path can not go against, lessen, abolish the liberties, traditions, customs and the will of the good people voiced and scribed in the constitution of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 31. All heritage of traditions and customs of the good people, not going against the ideas and will of the good people voiced and scribed in the constitution of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, is the heritage of the ancestors of all good people.

Article 32. Silent joining to the proposal, oblique conclusions of the agreement based on presumptions or concluding actions are not indeed a voicing of the will, agreement and do not put any obligations on the members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path before anyone.

Article 33. The sons of the creator and the daughters of the creator, members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, communicate with each other in the spirit of brotherhood based on common trust, care and a mutual support pact. All consequences of any agreements in the appearance of any gain based on the authority taken by the other member are considered as a gift from the other member and can not have any counterclaims. Such contacts mean common care about each other in the form of commitments taken.

Article 34. Spiritual instruction and spiritual enlightenment in the spiritual groups are the main forms of spiritual growth in the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path. Only the High Spiritual Council of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path grants blessings for the spiritual instruction in the state.

Article 34.1. With the intent of the spiritual enlightenment of the sons of the creator and the daughters of the creator, men and women, members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, establish the House of Enlightenment.

Article 35.  Members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path who were granted a blessing of the High Spiritual Council of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path can be spiritual instructors on all lands under the dome of the sky if they honour the traditions and customs time-honoured by the peoples.

Article 36.  All natural wealth under the dome of the sky: soil, bowels of the earth, minerals, air, seas, rivers, animals, plants and other gifts of nature are owned by the creator. Men and women, sons of the creator and daughters of the creator, members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, are at liberty to carefully use, direct and hand over with awareness natural gifts to those who need it and to whom they deem needed.

Article 36.1. The soil taken under care of the families, houses and dvors of the good people can stay under care termlessly, 

Article 36.2. Elements, valuables and buildings under the conscientious use of men and women, the families, houses and dvors of the good people can be in use for a time or always, meaning termlessly. The conscientious use is the use of elements, valuables or buildings created on one’s own or willingly given by the creators or previous conscientious users.

Article 36.3. Handover of the elements, valuables, or buildings for permanent use or for some time can be done only with the will of the creator or true conscientious user.

Article 36.4. The use of elements, valuables and buildings without the willing handover by the creator or true conscientious user is not conscientious from the beginning and can not be grounds for use, handover over or direction of such elements, valuables and buildings further.

Article 36.5. All the elements, valuables or buildings created by the sons of the creator or by the daughters of the creator members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, can be handed over to others, received from others, swapped or used on commonly agreed conditions.

Article 36.6. All the elements, valuables or buildings that were in the conscientious use of the son of the creator or the daughter of the creator member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path after the dying of the body of the man or the body of the woman and ascension of the soul, pass to the use of the family, in the absence of the family to the dvor or the good people. The care and use of the woods includes the care of all the woods, lands of the woods, waters, the woods, fish, stones, insects, plants, animals, birds and other living organisms and spirits living in the woods. The woods are the wealth of all the peoples. 

Article 37.1. Any permanent or temporary buildings on the lands of the woods are allowed only by the will of the people or the High Spiritual Council of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 37.2. Observation of the woods, care and use of the woods, establishment of the symbols of the woods in the name of good people is done by the House of Treasures of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path. 

Article 37.3. All who step onto the land of the woods bear direct obligations before the good people to take care of the woods, lands of the woods, waters,  the woods, fish, stones, insects, plants, animals, birds and other living organisms and spirits living in the woods.

Article 38. The soil under the dome of the sky, seas, air, continental shelves, bottom of the sea, bowels of the earth and nature are the gift of the creator to the people and mankind and can not be in someone’s ownership, can not be goods and can not be sold, pawned, gifted, captured, they can only be elements of care and if need be justly, carefully, rationally and conscientiously used by the families and the peoples.

Article 38.1. Any yield from using the soil under the dome of the sky, seas, air, continental shelves, bottom of the sea, bowels of the earth and nature can only be made from the labour and cannot be made of the soil under the dome of the sky, seas, air, continental shelves, bottom of the sea, bowels of the earth and nature.

Article 39. The House of Sages keeps and issues the results of the studies of the soil under the dome of the sky made by the men and the women, by the sons of the creator and by the daughters of the creator, by the members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, by the good people as well as itineraries on the lands under the care of good people.

Article 39.1. Total volume of worth, including the buildings, valuables, elements, goods, services, resources, etc,  made or manufactured by men and women under the dome of the sky, is the Great Treasure and wealth of all peoples and their sons and daughters.

Article 39.2. An equal share of the Great Treasure manifested to every man and every woman is the Small Treasure.

Article 40. Every son of the creator or every daughter of the creator using the gift of the creator can create, study and comprehend nature and become the creators of their own creations.

Article 41. If the son of the creator or the daughter of the creator member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, became creators of artwork, scientific findings, useful models, technologies, ideas, etc. artistic or intellectual creations, open use of such creations by the members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is done on the gratis and term less basis.

Article 41.1. Open use of scientific, artistic or intellectual creations is possible only for the good of all good people and all mankind.

Article 42. Promotion of efforts and compensation for the spending of the creator of the scientific, artistic, intellectual creations of the member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, given for the open use, is done by the House of the Treasures.

Article 42.1 Gratitude and gratuity to the maker is made willingly and is an honourable deed of the good people.

Article 43. Spiritual traditions of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path are built upon customs, spiritual traditions of good people, its families, houses, dvors and good traditions of mankind.

Article 44. The main rule of the society of good people is a mutual support pact. Communication between the sons of the creator and the daughters of the creator, families, houses, dvors of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is built upon common awareness, common backing and common help.

Article 45. Voice, word and speech of the son of the creator or the daughter of the creator, member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, is the manifestation of their will and intention. Word is the most valuable, honoured and eternal. Agreements, pledges and vows given with a word have the highest value and priority over those in written or electronic form.

Article 45.1. For their communication, each family, house, dvor or people are at liberty to use the tongue or the speech that is the most fitting to their culture, traditions or customs.

Article 45.2. For easy communication, interaction and general understanding between the sons of the creator and between the daughters of the creator, men, women, families, houses and dvors of the good people, along with the languages traditionally used by the communities of the good people the Hight Speech is used as a common speech for all good people.

Article 45.3. High Speech is the only basis for interpretation of the meaning of the scrolls, charters, epistles, letters, solutions, utterances, sayings, gazettes, pacts and other written and verbal symbols of the High Spiritual Council of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and Houses of Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, as well as the constitution of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 46. The health of the bodies of each man or each woman, each son of the creator or each daughter of the creator is a sacred gift from the creator and is guarded by all good people.

Article 47. The health condition of any man or any woman, son of the creator or daughter of the creator, member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, is a secret. It is forbidden to ask for disclosure or to disclose the health condition of a man or a woman, son of the creator or daughter of the creator member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 47.1. For caring about the health and longevity of men and women, sons of the creator or daughters of the creator of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, the sage, the Head Healer of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, is called upon. 

Article 48. Without the voiced will of man or the woman, son of the creator or daughter of the creator, that calls to the healer for help and the trust to the healer and healer’s vow given to man or the woman, son of the creator or daughter of the creator to care about his or her health, it is forbidden to make any effects on the bodies of men and women, son of the creator or daughters of the creator member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path. 

Article 48.1. It is forbidden to advertise medicines, food additives, change natural safety mechanisms of bodies, effect natural immunity, inject into the organisms and bodies of men and women, sons of the creator or daughters of the creator any king of injections, vaccines, effect or change the DNA or RNA of men and women of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 49. On all the soil under the dome of the sky, it is forbidden to project, manufacture and use any kind of wave sources of acoustic, electric, electromagnetic nature that can negatively affect natural mechanisms of wave cooperation inside living organisms and between them.  The use of such sources of the wave impact is considered a crime in the face of nature, people and mankind.

Article 49.1. On all the soil under the dome of the sky, it is forbidden to project, manufacture and use any kind of wave sources of acoustic, electric, electromagnetic nature directed to change the climate, controlling the weather and natural forces.

Article 50. It is forbidden to make, save, copy, use, forge the biometric and individual signs of bodies and skills of men and women, sons of the creator or daughters of the creator, members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 51. All medicinal means allowed for offering for the treatment of men and women, sons and daughters of the creator of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path shall have the natural origin. Each creator of medicines, salesman of medicines, shall make a vow to the good people that all their deeds tied to the medicines have the intention to help and not bring any harm to men and women, and they are ready to bear full blame for breaking their vow.

Article 52.  The only way of conception accepted among the good people is the natural way of conception of a baby between a man, a woman and the creator.

Article 52.1. It is forbidden to artificially create any kind of human-like creatures.

Article 52.2. It is forbidden to interfere, change or correct in any way the natural genetic code of men and women. 

Article 53. It is forbidden to conduct any type of research, create technologies and practically implement the technologies to change or correct the genetic code of men and women, as well as cloning or creating genetically modified organisms.

Article 54. The main goal of public word is to bring happiness and prosperity to people. It is forbidden to advertise, publicise, appeal to, show pictures or videos, etc., containing clear or hidden content contradictory to the values of this constitution and the good people.

Article 54.1. It is forbidden to make direct, indirect or oblique advertising, publications, appeals containing the symbols or calls to violence, killings, hatred, destruction of the ethical and moral principles of the good people.

Article 54.2. It is forbidden to include in the images, pictures, videos, audio and texts of public information any kind of information hidden from consciousness and clear perception.

Article 54.3. It is forbidden to project, build and use the buildings, objects of infrastructure, parks, public places, cities, etc., with the use of hidden wave, light, acoustic bio-energetic effects bringing harm to the health of bodies of men and women and influencing their consciousness. 

Article 54.4. For clear knowledge of the good people, men and women, sons and daughters of the creator members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, as well as other peoples and all mankind of life and will of the good people, about the deeds of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, about the constitution of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path the public periodic gazette is issued. It is named the Herald of the Good People. The gazette, the Herald of the Good People, can be issued by paper bearers, as well as published by other means for public knowledge.

Article 55. All goods and services shall be produced based on the natural demand of men and women. It is forbidden to provoke men and women, boys and girls, through advertising to create new wishes of consumption without the clear natural need and certainty that the lives of men and women, boys and girls can be happier and more spiritual with the use of new goods and services.

Article 56. Family self-directed by the family council or the council of elders is the basis for all good people. 

Article 56.1. A happy and strong family is the priority in the development of the societal life of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 56.2. Family is a sacred union willingly formed by a man and a women, with an aim of creating conditions for a happy life and spiritual growth together and bring into existence and enlightening sons and daughters in the spirit of love. Families are created in the image and likeness of relations of the creator and the creations. Family is self-directed by the tzar or tzaritza, or the family council, or the council of elders.

Article 56.3. The family is blessed by the Temple of the Holy Assembly and gains the trust of good people after making a sacred pledge of a family union before the ancestors, good people and the creator.

Article 56.4. Families can unite in the houses and dvors. 

Article 56.5. House is a union of the sons of the creator and daughters of the creator united by family and blood, of one or more generations having common goals, way of life, customs and traditions, and are self-directed by the tzar or tzaritza or the house sovet or sovet of elders.

Article 56.6. Dvor are houses willingly united for a common care of families, children upbringing, household, common care about the land, nature, common labour for achieving common goals and anything else that houses consider as favourable for the good people. Dvor is self-directed by the tzar or tzaritza or dvor council or council of elders.

Article 56.7. Each family, house or dvor sets itself the most suitable way of self-direction through choosing the tzar or tzaritza, or through the dvor council or the council of elders.

Article 56.8. Each family, house or dvor let the House of Sages know the chosen way of self-direction and names of family members who are vested with the trust of the family, house or dvor to speak in the name of their family, house and dvor before all good people.

Article 57. Only family and parents can set the nature of upbringing and enlightenment of their sons and daughters. It is forbidden to interfere in the matters of families, make contact with boys and girls, influence upbringing, worldview and spiritual ideas of boys and girls without the consent of their parents before boys and girls come of age and achieve maturity.

Article 58. By the will of the families and parents, all boys and girls can learn the basis of spiritual enlightenment in the House of Enlightenment.

Article 59. The summer-count, calendar and time of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is done by the good time counted from the first Sobor of the Temple of the Holy Assembly. New moon before the first Sobor of the Temple of the Holy Assembly is seen as the moment of the start of the summer-count.

Article 60. The summer-count and calendar of good people and the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is based on the lunar month.

Article 60.1. Spiritual festivities are marked based on the lunar calendar.

Article 60.2. People’s festivities are marked and celebrated based on the solar calendar of seasons as well as sunrises and sunsets.

Article 60.3. The new year begins every twelve lunar months, starting from the first day of the first lunar month of the year.

Article 60.4. The year has four solar seasons:
autumn begins on the day of the autumn equinox;
winter begins on the day of the winter solstice;
spring begins on the day of the spring equinox;
summer begins on the day of the summer solstice.
The day of the solstice or equinox is considered the first day of a new season, starting from 00 h. 00 m.

Article 60.5. The beginning of the summer count starts from the month Av.

Article 60.6. Each year has twelve months in the following sequence: Av, Aelul, Tisrey, Haesvan, Kishlev, Tebet, Shevat, Adar, Nisan, Eyar, Sevan and Tammuz.

Article 60.7. The week has seven days in the following sequence: first day, second day, third day, fourth day, fifth day, sixth day and shabbat.

Article 60.8. All celebrations of good people start, end and are celebrated in the good time.

Article 60.9. Celebrations of the day of wonders, day of life, day of light and day of wisdom are celebrated accordingly on the day of winter solstice; on the day of spring equinox; on the day of summer solstice and on the day of autumn equinox.

Article 60.10. Days of the month are counted from the first day of the new moon of a lunar month. 

Article 60.11. A full day is 1/28 of a lunar month. A day is the time between sunrise and sunset. Night is the time between sunset and sunrise. 

Article 60.12. 1/672 part of a full lunar month is called part of the day, abbreviated to ‘P.’; 1/60 part of the day is called small part of the day, abbreviated to ’S.p.’;  1/60 part of the small part of the day is called the smallest part of the day, abbreviated to ’Ss.p.’.

Article 60.13. The standard of the time-count is the moment of midday on the day of the autumn solstice before the opening of the first Sobor of the Temple of the Holy assembly, which took place on midday on the day autumn solstice.

Article 60.14. Change of full days and beginning of a full day in summer-count is done every 24 parts of the day from the moment of the beginning of summer-count.

Article 63.15. Time of the event is written :part of the day:small part of the day:the smallest part of the day or abbreviated to 00p00sp00ssp or :00:00:00. Letters DW state that the time is stated in good time.

Article 63.16. Day is stated in the following format: day of the month of the year from the First Sobor of the Temple of the Holy Assembly or abbreviated to – day of the month of the year of good time or  :00 :00 :00.  Letters DW state that the time is stated in good time.

Article 63.17. If the event took place before the First Sobor of the Temple of the Holy Assembly, then after stating the year, it is stated -years before the First Sobor of the Temple of the Holy Assembly- or  – before good time- or letters before DW.

Article 61. The unit of measure of height of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is called -tzad-, which is equivalent to the length of a step of a man of an average height. The standard of the unit of measurement of height -tzad- is kept in the House of Sages. 

Article 61.1. Unit of measure of weight of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is called -aeven-, which is equivalent to the weight of five gulps of water of a man of an average height. The standard of the unit of measurement of weight -aeven- is kept in the House of Sages. 

Article 61.2. The standards of other units of measurement granted by the High Spiritual Council of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path are kept in the House of Sages.

Article 62. Homes, buildings and land under the dome of the sky under the care and conscientious use of families, houses and dvors of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path marked with signs or corner stones, are sacred. It is forbidden to use, impact, spoil, be in, penetrate, capture, trespass on the houses and buildings or lands without the invitation and permission granted by the family, house or dvor of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 62.1.  Automobile, airplanes, helicopters, airships, carriages and other self-moving apparatuses for moving that are in the conscientious care of the son of the Creator and daughter of the creator members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path are sacred same as their home, and it is forbidden to use, penetrate, spoil, trespass or be in them without an invitation and permission from its conscientious user. 

Article 62.2. An automobile is an apparatus operated by a chauffeur for moving on land, roadways and roads. In a conscientious use, the son of the creator or the daughter of the creator, members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path can have the sign of the flag of the sovereign seaside town Glasgard on the front and backside of their car.

Article 62.3. Son of the creator or daughter of the creator, member of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, conscientious user of the automobile, can establish the PASSLAND of the car as a unified symbol of the car vested in the sovereignty of the house.

Article 63. The current constitution can be supplemented and amended by the will of the good people at any time. 

Article 63.1. The will of the good people during the time of the veche of good people is the manifestation of divine will.
Article 63.2. The will of the good people выражается через the will of the во время народного вече.

Article 63.3. The will of the good people on the matters of the constitution of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is made through the veche of the good people and sobor on which it is announced by the High Spiritual Council of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 63.4. The High Spiritual Council of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is at liberty to announce the assembly of the good people to the veche of good people on matters of importance for the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path. 

Article 63.5. The will of the good people during the assembly at the veche of the good people is being voiced by the men and women and families of the good people.

Article 63.6. If the common will of the good people during the time of the veche of good people was uttered by all men and women and families who voiced their will, the High Spiritual Council of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path establishes the will of the good people as a divine will of good people.

Article 63.7. Veche of good people is done on the day and at the time of the sobor of good people. The day and the time of the sobor of good people is chosen and announced in good time by the High Spiritual Council of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 63.8. The will of the good people announced during the assembly of the good people to the veche of good people is written by hand or is printed by the herald of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and is given for keep to the House of Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 63.9. The High Spiritual Council of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path states that a coat of arms, flags, hymn and other signs of authority, will and decisions of the good people and of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 64. The constitution and corrections to the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path are being set after oral reading and statement of the constitution by the Good People during the Veche of the Good People. 

Article 64.1 After establishing the constitution by the good people, the members of the High Spiritual Council of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path put the constitution of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and its corrections into effect. The text can be scribed by hand on paper, printed mechanically or using the Derf or GlasF font for typing on ECMs.

By the name of the High Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path the constitution on the scroll is sealed by the large dry Coat of Arms Seal of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path by His Kindness or Her Kindness,  the Head of the High Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and dry Coat of Arms Seal by Her Honour the Head State Justice of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

The original scroll of the constitution of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is given for keeping to the House of Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 64.2 Final interpretation of the meanings and intents of the scrolls, decisions, sayings, gazettes, pacts of the High Spiritual Council of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and the House of Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, as well as the constitution of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path can be done solely by the High Spiritual Council of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.

Article 65. After putting into effect the constitution of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path or its corrections, the constitution is published in the gazette Herald of the Good People by the herald of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.
