Fulfilling the will of the good people with the blessing of the Temple of the Holy Assembly in whole accordance and following the second Constitution of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path
in the presence of all members of the Highest Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path on the twenty sixth day of the month of tebet of the fifth year after the first Sobor of the Temple of the Holy Assembly on the soil under the dome of the sky under the care of the good people in Glasgard in the House of the Sages members of the Highest Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path stated and voiced:
On the twenty sixth day of the month of tebet of the fifth year after the first Sobor of the Temple of the Holy Assembly to assemble the veche of the good people
