The decision about the order of giving a petition to a sage of the House of the Gates of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path on behalf of the head of the family about the audience of Her Majesty Leah I, the Tsaritsa, Keeper and Warden of the Tsar’s Throne of the Family of the High Stolniy Dvor of Glasgard under the dome of the sky on the soil under the care of the good people.

To those whom this may concern

Realizing the will of the good people with the blessing of the Temple of the Holy Assembly in full agreement and accordance to the second Constitution of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path;

In the fifth day of the month Nisan of the fifth year after the first sobor of the temple of the holy assembly under the dome of the sky on the soil under the care of the good people in Glasgard in the House of the Sages the sages of the House of the Gates of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path unanimously announced the next orders.

first: petitions to a sage of the House of the Gates of the Great Sovereign Holy Order of the Good Path on behalf of the leader of the family about the audience of Her Majesty Leah I, theTsaritsa, Keeper and Warden of the  Tsar’s Throne of the Family from the High Stolniy Dvor of Glasgard under the dome of the sky on the soil under the care of the good people must be delivered in the form of a handwritten scroll with respectful addressment towards the good people and to the sage of the House of the Gates of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path. 

second: In a petition, it is necessary to specify on behalf of which family is the leader of the family is addressing Her Majesty Leah I, the Tsaritsa, Keeper and Warden of the Tsar’s Throne of the Family from the High Stolniy Dvor of Glasgard under the dome of the sky on the soil under the care of the good people, and also the goal and intention of the petition.

A petition must be sealed with the personal seal of the leader of the family.

third. For delivering the petition to the sage of the House of the Gates of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path a postal stamp of the postal service of the good people F.D.N. must be stuck upon a scroll of the petition and be placed inside the postal box F.D.N.

fourth. A bearer who puts a scroll into the postal box F.D.N. will receive the decision of the sage of the House of the Gates of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path at noon on the 14th day from the day of the scroll insertion. The decision shall be handed to the bearer on that very place. If at noon on the 14th day from the day of the scrolls insertion the decision is not handed to the bearer, the petition can be resent in 1 year.

fifth. The decision of the sage of the House of the Gates of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path contains the description of the form, place, day and time, protocol, content, order, permitted clothing, retinues, gifts, the length and the acceptable content of a conversation during the time of the audience of Her Majesty Leah I, the Tsaritsa, Keeper and Warden of the Tsar’s Throne of the Family from the High Stolniy Dvor  of Glasgard under the dome of the sky on the soil under the care of the good people.
