about the immunity of the post bag of the sovereign.
Fulfilling the will of the good people with the blessing of the Temple of the Holy Assembly in accordance and adherence with the second Constitution of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path;
In the presence of all the members of the Highest Spiritual Council of
The Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path on the 26th day of the month kishlev of the fifth year after the first sobor of the Temple of the Holy Assembly under the dome of the sky on the soil under the care of the good people in Glasgard in the House of the Sages members of the Highest Spiritual Council of Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path established and announced:
The first. Postal items sent or expected for receival by:the Highest Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path;
Sages members of the Highest Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path;
The House of the Sages of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path;Sages of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path;’Tsars, Tsaritsas, Councils of the Elders, High family Councils; Sovereigns; Sovereign Houses;
Are named Post bags of the Sovereign and in the name of the Good People are immune from everyone, anyone,everything and everywhere, on all of the soil under the dome of the sky.
The second. Post bags of the sovereign are accepted for delivery exclusively by the Post of the Good People – F.D.N. and throughout the entire delivery process, until it is handed to whomever it was sent to, the Post bag is vested with sovereignty of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path and its immunity by the will of the good people;
the contents of the Post bag of the Sovereign cannot be inspected by anyone, not in any place or at any time, except for whoever the Post bag of the Sovereign was sent to.
The third. The Post bag of the Sovereign – must have the symbol of the coat of arms of the the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path; the symbol of the Post of the good people and symbol of the Post bag of the Sovereign.
The fourth. The Post bag of the Sovereign may have explanatory inscriptions – post pouch of the sovereign during the time of being delivered through foreign lands
