About the assembly of a veche of the people
Fulfilling the will of the good people with the blessing of the Temple of the Holy Assembly and in full agreement and accordance with the second Constitution of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path;
in the presence of all the members of the Highest Spiritual Council of Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path on the 26th day of the month of tebet of the fifth year after the first sobor of the Temple of the Holy Assembly under the dome of the sky on the soil under the care of the good people in Glasgard in the House of the Sages members of the Highest Spiritual Council of Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path stated and uttered:
on the 26th day of the month of tebet of the fifth year after the first assembly of the Temple of the Holy Assembly to call a veche of the good people.
