And all the people turned to all the aware people of the world and also to all aware families.
In the name of the idea of the creator, in the name of the care of all Creations the good people announced their will about contacts, dignified converse and interaction with the leaders of the peoples of the world, races, civilizations and also with the heads of families.
And first the good people clarified:
that the good people can confirm as the leaders of people, races or civilizations only those men and women, who gained direct, wilful and clear trust to be the leader of their people, race of civilization from all the men and women and families of their people, race or civilization. Only the leaders of people, races or civilizations that have received the trust of all the men, women and families of their people, race or civilization can contact the good people in the name of their own people, race or civilization;
that the good people can confirm as the heads of families only those men and women, who received direct, wilful and clear trust to be the leaders of their family from all the men and women of this family.
And the good people stated their will and trusted the House of the Gates of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path to receive petitions from the leaders of the people of the world, races and civilizations and to organise contacts of the leaders of the world, races and civilizations with the High Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path.
And the good people stated their will and trusted the House of the Gates of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path to receive petitions from the heads of families about the audience of Her Highness Leah I Tsaritsa Keeper and Arbiter of the Tsarskiy Seat of the Family of the High Stolniy Dvor of Glasgard under the dome of the sky on the soil under the care of the Good People.

and announced their will, that any contacts, offers and interactions with the members of the High Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, heads of the houses of sages, Tsars and Tsraritsas of the families of the good people, members of the State of the Sovereign Holy Order of the Good Path, labourers of the good people carried out outside of the order or with a violation of the order established by the House of the Gates t of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is considered a violation of the will of the good people.
And the good people announced their will and stated, that any results of contacts, dignified converse, meetings, offers, interactions of the leaders of the people of the world, races, civilizations, equally as their power-granted representers and also the heads of the families with members of the High Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, Heads of the Houses of Sages, Tsars and Tsaritsas of the families of the good people, the members of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path, the labourers of the good people carried out outside of the order or with a violation of the order established by the House of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path is a violation of the will of the good people and are null from the very beginning and do not lead to any important consequences.
