Of the Highest Spiritual Council of the Sovereign State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path
About the establishment of a unified symbol for vesting the car with the sovereignty of the house – the PASSLAND of the car
Abiding by creator’s commandments, covenants of the ancestors and the will of the good people;
and,
Acting in accordance with the traditions, customs and will of the good people;
and,
In complete concurrence on the second constitution of the good people;
and,
Understanding that a chamber, a house or a yard of the family of the good people are willful and sovereign.
Remembering that according to the second constitution of the good people families can unite into houses and courtyards, and that a house is a big family, sons of the creator and daughters of the creator, men and women connected by blood of one or more generations that have common goals, a similar lifestyle, traditions, customs and are self-governed by a Tsar or Tsaritsa or through a council of elders;
As well as,
That a car in a fair usage of a family stands on the soil under the dome of the sky;
and,
That the soil under the care of the good people is holy and by His will is the main liberty of all sons of the creator and daughters of the creator.
and
That for willful and safe voyages for the sons of the creator and the daughters of the creator and cars driving
On the eleventh day of the month adar of the fourth year of the good time fulfilling the will of the good people with the blessing of the Temple of the Holy Assembly in complete accordance with the second Constitution of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path;
in the presence of all the members of the Highest Spiritual Order of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path under the dome of the sky on the soil under the care of the good people in Glasgard in the House of the Sages members of the Highest Spiritual Council of the Sages of the State of the Sovereign Great Holy Order of the Good Path as one uttered their Will established and announced by the name of the good people the decision about the establishment of a unified symbol for vesting the car with the sovereignty of the house – the PASSLAND of the car.
1. By the will of the good people under the dome of the sky on the soil under the care of the good people to establish of a unified symbol for vesting the car with the sovereignty of the house – the PASSLAND of the car
2. The PASSLAND of the car symbolizes that of the car being in a fair use of a big family or a house of the good people and that the sovereignty and immunity of the house chambers and soil under the care of the house spreads apply onto the car as well.
3. The PASSLAND of the car symbolizes that the car, sons of the creator and daughters of the creator, men and women who are inside it or on it, cargo in the car, documents and outward appearance vested with the sovereignty of the house which established the PASSLAND of the car and that the car and the soil beneath it and 3 steps around it are holy soil under the care of the sovereign house of the good people.
4. A big family or a house can by the will of a family member establish PASSLAND of the car as a sign which may be placed on the car in a fair use of this family.
5. A son of the creator or a daughter of the creator, a member of the family or a house of the good people that established PASSLAND of the car takes under their care the state, outward appearance and possession of the car on which a sign of inclusion the car into the sovereignty of the home is placed.
6. A car vested with the sovereignty of the house that established the PASSLAND of the car must have its name inscripted on the back of the car.
7. PASSLAND of the car consists of three parts:
A sign with the inscripted characters of differentiation and an image of the flag of sovereign Gasgrad placed on the front of the car;
A sign with the characters of differentiation and an image of the flag of sovereign Gasgrad placed on the back of the car;
A miniature card with the name of the son of the creator or a daughter of the creator who established the PASSLAND of the car with the name of the car, an image of the flag of sovereign Glasgrad protected by the symbol of The House of the Gates of the Sovereign State of the Great Holy Order of the Good Path and also another description of the car if necessary.
as well as
Men and women that are inside of the car vested with the sovereignty of the PASSLAND and are absolutely immune.
9. A car vested with the sovereignty of the house of the good people is operated by a motorist and driven on land.
